The Scents Of Relaxation

Do you struggle with your thoughts moving at a pace and pattern of a monkey? Do they tend to swing from branch to branch getting caught in messy vines of stress and fears? If you identify with this, then you may be seeking a sense of calm and relaxation, and a place of rest for your dental care.

If you feel caught in the vines of fear and anxiety when it comes to getting the proper dental care, you may want to consider using essential oils. Essential oils have been around for thousands of years. They are natural oil derived from plants and other parts of nature.

Lavender Oil

Lavender oil can help give you a calm and relaxed feeling when inhaled, diffused or diluted and applied to your skin. It can also help give you a sense of inner peace. It can help you with sleeping, restlessness, irritability, and a “nervous stomach.”

Ylang Ylang

Ylang Ylang (for proper pronunciation you can find it here). This essential oil promotes cheerfulness, bravery, and positivity and can soothe fears. It also has a sedative effect.

Rose essential oils are known to help depression. It can also help with stress and anxiety.

Our Patients Reviews

Absolutely phenomenal dental office. Not only are the dentists outstanding at their craft but, like every person in the office, they are incredibly friendly and genuine. And that is so important. I earnestly recommend Peninsula if you are looking for the highest quality care, expertise and, equally important, quality people. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
